Bad service Submitted by Mildred on 2014-03-21 I just left Guantanamera and I must say we received very bad service there at the bar. This really plays a part on whether i return or not and whether or not I recommend the place. If my friends happen to suggest Guantanamera, I will definitely change their mind. I mean for the waiter to ask if everything was ok to the people sitting next to us and not us was jaw dropping. The waiter never even asked if we wanted another drink. He did not even acknowledge and say thank you. It should be understood as well that the tip is not because one is cheap, but because we feel the waiter lacked etiquette and service. Though we still gave 15% for the very bad service.
